I have a bank account with bijaya bank. The process of opening the account was seamless and the staffs are very helpful. They have a very prompt service and I got to know this specially during the demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. Although there was line of people who wanted to exchange the old notes for new, it did not take much time due to the prompt service of the staffs and good facilities. I approached other banks too where it was taking much time to get the notes exchanged. The net banking portal V net is also very good. Love this bank and it's services.
