Hi All, today I wanna share my review related to this biggest electronic chain store in India. According to this store they are gonna to provide each and every thing but practically they dont provide anything .
Please refer below points.
So called Big discountas and offers: Friends when we actually compare with products with online shopping sites and local market you will find that they are not providing any actual discounts. They are just trying to fool innocent customers.
After sale services: they dont provide any after sale service. What ever they promise which they dont fulfill. They provide three free services for IFB washing machine which I has purchased around 2 months ago. But when we actually called for service and demonstration of this product they did not come to home. According to them they charge Rs 500 for every visit.
Value for money: this departmental store is not at all for value for money due to its prices, offer, after sale services.
4.staff behaviour is not at all up to the mark. They are not at all approachable and they dont want to explain there products and services.
- Delivery time: Generally they mentioned on a same day they will deliver the product but on above mentioned IFB machine I have faced lot of problems. On that day I purchase this machine at 11 AM morning and according to the commitment they need to deliver that product same day by 6 PM. I have waited complete day I did not go out although it was Sunday . But we did not received that product.
Around 9 pm I called this store, they told me Sir your product is on the way and within 2 hrs you will get this product. On that day we did not received our product.
Next day I again called then they told me yesterday it was too late so they could not deliver, but today at 6 PM they will deliver but next day I also did not get the product.
Next day at morning I called them several times but they did not pick my call. Finally I went to store to check why they did not deliver and finally I got to know that product was out of stock.
They promise me after 3-4 days they will deliver my product.
I just want to suggest every one dont go with this whole as they always try to make fool of there customer.
