VIJAY_SALES is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They promise to deliver on a date after taking all advance payment etc. then on the committed date they forget to deliver. I called their sales person Dinesh 5 times but they don’t have time becoz they are busy fooling some other customer.
Croma is 100 times better. They have a system.
Vijay sales do everything manually and without followup they dont wake up.
