Hi friends today we are talking about new videocon network service provider.
As my opinion videocon service provider is one of the worst very bad telecom service provider .
they fail to provide good service in telecom network.
the network is very strong but somewhere not anywhere like metro cities only. the internet service is also good but it is also in only countable cities otherwise this are fail to provide service.
costomer care service very bad first they required more time to recieve phone and other thing is they do not provide proper solution or take a lot of time to solve the problem.
they fail to provide good service in telecom they are good in electronics only.
I hate this.
