I was using Videocon Service In mumbra. Videocon Network Is Very Good And Some Times Internet Speed also Good. But Now Their Internet Packs And Minutes Packs Have Higher Prices. If We compare Price With Network Then It is bad. Videocon Service Is Also Bad. Every Time I Had To Call Them For Extra Benefit. They Does Not Care For Their Customers. Customer Care People Does Not Know How To Talk With Them. They Send Extra Benefit Msg And If We Did Not Get Extra Benefit Then If we Call The Customer Care They Said On Ur Number No Msg Of This Type Not Sent. It Happens to Me so Many Times. But If We want Operator For Taking Then Its Good For Its all Rates. Prefer To Say That U Should Go For Another Operator For Good Benefits
