My personal experience about vodaphone idea is very very bad I always feel network problem and poor network connection and I am using idea from fast five years my mother and father both use vodaphone idea but my father got irritated and he just switch to jio and joi is faster than idea and it is quite cheap also and there are a lot of recharge plans .There is no any coustomer care number so that we can call and when my sister purchased new phone she took airtel and it is very fast. Please if you want to grow then you you will have to satisfy your customers otherwise it won't work.
