Hi I was using jio before using VI ..had a poor network in my location after mutiple complaints to jio they couldn't fix. Hence I decided to leave and took Vi assuming both idea& Vodafone has merged wil have quality network.
But it's wrong it's very pathetic signals or more worst than jio. No phone signals at all complaints made on very first day jo resolution and cust serrvice is worst here they don't even understand your concern. The data wil shift from 4g, h, H+ and e so much fluctuations.
Overall very worst network.
I'm literally waiting for 3 months to complete and need to check how's airtel.
