Hello friends! I am sharing my views on water heater that is Venus water heaters. I had bought this water heater near about 1 years ago and now it becomes totally damage and not working now.
This water heater is not a user friendly product and not easy to install in your bathroom. Also it has not more power of heating the water completely. And after some times the power of its heating the water is goes out.
It is also not so durable and can not without at longer time. It can easily damaged.
It style and designs are so classic and have not smart looks.
When my heater was not working then I called to customer executives to repair it. It was with in warranty period but they told me that you have pay some charges for reparing it. So their services and support for customers are very bad.
So I will advice you peoples that never purchase this worst water heater it is totally useless.
