I had a terrible experience with Veena World, particularly with their Dombivli branch, and I strongly advise against trusting them with your travel plans—especially for visa processing. Their gross negligence and unprofessionalism directly led to my visa rejection, causing me significant financial and emotional distress.
First, their representative, Neha, completely failed to identify a critical issue in my visa application(an incorrect leave letter), which ultimately contributed to my rejection. This level of carelessness is unacceptable from a travel agency that claims to be experienced in visa processing.
Second, I made a payment of ₹1.5 lakh based on a verbal commitment from Sonakshi that in case of visa rejection, I would receive a refund after deducting visa charges. However, they have now refused to honor this commitment and are avoiding accountability.
To make matters worse, I emailed them on March 13th regarding my refund request but received no response. Now, instead of addressing the issue, their team is blatantly lying, claiming that I never reached out and that I have been unresponsive. This is completely false. I have email records, call logs proving no calls were made to me, and even recorded conversations exposing their dishonesty.
Additionally, their staff, particularly Sonakshi(dishonest), Neha(uninformative), and Vishakha(extremely disrespectful), handled my case with zero professionalism and accountability. Instead of resolving the matter, they displayed an appalling attitude and misled me at every stage.
This company lacks ethics, customer service, and basic integrity. They take your money, make false promises, and disappear when an issue arises. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, AVOID Veena World at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful.
