My experience with Vedantu is very bad. I admitted my daughter for JEE online classes. I paid Rs. 10000 with a condition to refund the amount if my daughter does not like the class. After 2nd class itself, faculty/Support faculty were not clarifying doubts. They are asking my daughter to move on. So we decided to withdraw from Vedandu. So I called the salesperson and explained the issue and informed him to refund the amount. Surprisingly, he said his responsibility is only to admit the students and refund is not. He also said that, For this, I need to contact customer care. So I sent an email to customer Care for a refund on 29th, 31st and again 2nd June. So far I have not got the amount.
The basic problem with Vedantu is there is no single point contact who can take responsibility from registration to exit.
So I never recommend Vedantu to any one.
