They were extremely polite and nice and once we made the payment, they literally stopped responding. They changed almost 4 managers to look after our concerns. But, trust me, no one is interested to solve your concerns. There is literally no one to ask questions. If you are in foreign country, We cannot contact anyone if the teacher is absent on a day or teacher have technical issues. They don't even communicate to teacher if we cancel the class. Their online schedule never works. It's all about you pay and forget it.
