Misdiagnosed dandruff as psoriasis by fake doctor. Review on VCare Hair And Skin Clinic - Visakhapatnam

Through lot of social media advertisements and continuous follow up by vcare, I visited vCare Visakhapatnam branch for a solution to my dandruff, I clearly mentioned that I am suffering from dandruff and I need some solution, but so called doctors mis diagnosed it as psoriasis and sold 4 psoriasis kits to me by creating a fear that it may lead to psoriasis.

As I trusted vCare and I dont know what is psoriasis, I believed their words and with a concern I also requested them to allow me to purchase one kit first and let me check whether it is working or not, but the staff in vCare stubbornly refused and told that all 4 kits are compulsorily to be purchased and 1 kit will not be sold, and compelled me a lot to purchase 4 kits at a time.with a hope of solution to my dandruff, I purchased all 4 kits at a time worth INR 30000 which is no use for me.

Then I started using first kit and I observed that my dandruff got worse and more worst after started using the kit, I already told the scenario to the concerned doctor but she told that results will come only after using 3 kitshow can be possible it is?talking about results, when dandruff condition is becoming more and more worst after one kit usage, how can they make customer blindly believe that it will suddenly show wonders after 3 kits?simply made me scapegoat to purchase the all the 4 kits, they have also included lot of skin products which are unnecessary, without intimating me prior they manipulated me to purchase all those without my knowledge.

Actually I dont have psoriasis and its a kind of fungal dandruff, dermatologists already prescribed some cream like HH ZOLE which will help me in removing dandruff, but to avoid reoccurring I visited v care, but they cheated me like anything, now even after describing my scenario they are not at all processing my request, I have shared my clear scalp images, doctor prescription also, simply they are not responding and justifying their act by telling as your unused kits are not useful for us and as they are not useful for many, we cannot resell them easily and thats why we are thinking what to do with your request, and also telling stupid reasons like we dont know what you hav purchased, bcz I am a new branch manager and the doctor who has misdiagnosed left Vcare, so we are unable to process requestthese are all the vague replies by Vcare branch manager
