Website is good source of information regarding mutual fund and it categories by giving them diffrent star.
When it comes to query response, they do not bother to reply and does not pay attention. I am paid customer and subscribed to various services offered by Value research but they do not respond to query on mutual fund.
Company is more focused on pushing emails on mutual fund and stock market knowledge and attracting more customers but customer support is very low level .
They have all time for marketting their product but not supporting customers.
