VVR Housing HYD -Plots under Conservation Zone ?

Review On V V R Housing P Ltd, Hyderabad

In Hyderabad, Mahaboobnagar district at Kesampet mandal the land under 27 survey number comes under conservation zone(non-residential zone) as per 2031 HMDA Plan. So any one buying plots in this mandal be careful. Govt. will not agree to construct houses in this survey numbers since non residential zone.

Can refer to sirasthi column of eenadu paper of date Feb 16th 2013.

From VVR Housing (panchayat layout-sarpanch approved layout) I bought in year 2008 in this survey number and now this is under conservation zone....so bad luck :)

People who bought has no choice other than forgetting these plots?
