V Guard Inverter is installed in my home since 9-10 months and I am really unhappy with it. The reason is that it has created problems and went dead around 4-5 times in this period of 9 months. The main reason of it getting powered off permanently is its wiring which gets burned internally and also has caused damage to some electrical appliances at my home.
The good thing is that it carries an year warranty and the service centre has never denied to repair the product. Each time I took the inverter to them, they always reapired it by changing its wiring.
But the product is very poor. For now when it is in warranty, they are bearing the repair costs but after three months, it will lose warranty and then I am afraid of the costs that I would incur for its repairs.
I have always forced the company to give me a permanent solution but neither they have a permanent solution, nor they have any reasons for such often errors.
Recently, they told me to install a heavier battery and so, I spent an extra 20k rupees for buying a new Exide battery but after it too, the inverter has created a lot of problems. I am sure that there is some serious problem within this product and so, I do not recommend anyone to buy this. Seriously bad!
