Ust global is the one of the very worst company if they have urgecy they will hire lot of employees after completing project they will fire its not a good thing they are playing with the employees slary also not good they are not providing any benefits to the employees I joined this company one year back after tha they told me to leave because the project is over u ca look other job while joining I asked to HR its permanent or contract job she told its permanent and long term project but its happened opposite the working environment is not good simply I was joined ust global no career growth at all if we are not ready to leave company they are telling to relocation to some other branch company management is very worst.
