From August I did not get proper enquiries, I have complained many times, everytime they will say that we will pass it to technical team, 20 days gone still no action has been taken. wrote many mails too. once I called an executive and told about the problem and the next day also I called to ask her what happened to the issue, the other executive called(name is syed) and told not to call her again and again, if u have any problem call to the customer care they will help me out. if the problem has been rectified and cleared why I am going to call her. From customer care I did not get proper response that is the reason I called her so at least she can help me out from this.
Worst response and no action has been taken.
I have 10 services(both offline and online). From monday august 14 I just got three to four leads and this is happening from the day 1st I got updated from gold to platinum. NO idea what to do.
Before paying they will keep on caling for updating. after updating we have to keep on calling them.
