I had experienced for all the above services past 1 year. Experience was good but charges are little higher side but managable .
Best part is scheduling of the services , when you hire some services you get a schedule list and as per the convenient time can select the same. Once selected schedule you get payment options not to worry on paying advance if services are cancelled you get refund with in a same day but maximum they mention 3 days. I had experienced about the same twice and money was refunded because when I hired for a AC problem they found AC was not working because of power or electricity issue, engineer identified but he did not asked for money , infact I was charged only visiting charges.
