Booked cleaning for 2 AC. The professional came to house cleaned one AC and broke the window AC with spanner. This was 7 days before lockdown and they promised to fix it within 3 days however they didn't get the issue fixed. Lock down started a urban company associate promised as soon as business commences they will get the AC fixed. Now it's 9 days since they started the business and never bothered to attend my call or nor give a call back all I am getting is automatic replies from them.
We should never trust them full of false promises to customer and they are not bothered about customer pain or suffering. Strong dislike and will never recommend urban clap for any customer
When issue like this comes they disassociate themselves from professional and make our life more misarable with harrasment from professional. In live call they start cat and mouse fight with professional, ultimate suffer is we ac customer
