I booked for make up service in Urban clap for my engagement and I spoke to assigned artist on the day of my engagement too, she said she will at the venue on time, but I got notification that my booking was cancelled just an hour before my engagement .My big day was spoiled because of Urban Clap, can anyone ever imagine how disappointing that would be?

I couldn't find any makeup artist near by, I was embarrassed on my big day

And I can surely say Urban Clap has worst customer care and customer support!

So girls I recommend find your makeup artist offline
