I booked Urban Company for AC repairs as my AC had a leakage issue. The technician came and immediately started charging the AC gas without asking me or informing me on the charges. I thought it must be a routine part of the service. There was no need for any charging, he charged the gas on his own. He just charged the gas for 10 mins and the after the service was done, he sent an invoice for 3800, Also the complaint was for water lekage and he charged me for leakage fixing, service and gas charging. Urban company is fleecing it's customers, especially during these times. Did not expect this from Urban Company
