On 19th March 2020, I got my AC unit servicing done with UrbanCompany/Clap.
The very next or second day, I started facing issue of Water Leakage. Every time AC runs in just 5-10 mins, this leakage starts pouring out the blower. Sometimes from 1 side and sometimes 2 side at a time.
Your executive suggest to turn off the AC. This is summer dude!
I have this AC since 5 years approx and during this period I never face any single issue in service from any vendor.
This is my first time as a user to UrbanClap and you screwed up in the first time.
Is this the professionals you guys promises about? You are not at all trained guys.
Because of this issue, my beddings worth 10000 rs got spoiled along with the wall paint damage.
Its better to get the service done from the local vendors rather than these professionals.
Now that I am asking for fixing this issue, this guys are giving excuses of lockdown. OK understood it was the lockdown. But now 5th May the situation here have easen.
Govt is easing the lockdown here and things are open over here. Even now you guys are retraing to fix my issue.
You guys are providing services of Haircut & Salon but cannot fix my ongoing issue which is pending since over a month?
I will never ever use UrbanClap and will suggest anyone not to use any further.
In my office, I thought earlier to get the servicing being done from you guys about 6 units, but I have learned now.
