It has been a disappointing experience with full of mental and physical harassment while dealing with Urban Company. I had initiated the request on 15th may and got the AC repaired on 17 th May. The technician was not trained enough and fill the gas which got leaked same day. i had to wait for 4 days and he came up again. He again filled the gas without checking the leakage which resulted the same. its been 2 weeks since i am following up with UC team for the refund of 3728 and they have stopped responding. i would suggest all of you to please never ever reach out to UC for any services
