I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK SINCE MANY YEARS. BUT NOT ABLE TO UTILIZE THE FULL POTENTIAL DUE TO THE BANK'S SYSTEMS. OTP, A MAIN TOOL FOR DAY TODAY TRANSACTIONS, MOST OF THE TIME NEVER ARRIVES ON THE PHONE, EVEN IF IT DOES, WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR AGES. A SHEER NATIONAL WASTE. EMPLOYEES ARE LEAST BOTHERED TO THE VOES OF CUSTOMERS.
