I know its a late review.Place and view from the room was great.When we arrived, we were welcomed with Coconut water and the staff showed that they care.
I stayed there for 2 nights and had some read bad experience.
As it was rainy season and windows were open, lot of water entered the the room.Floor was full of water and sofa was completely wet. We called House keeping many times and they promised they are sending someone in few minutes which never happened.Although I had paid for a suite, I only half of the room.
When we arrived we were told the package includes breakfast and dinner. Some paper which was given to us said- Breakfast and Dinner included.
When we were about to finish the dinner, we were told there was some confusion and Dinner is not included.
Over all place was great but service was pathetic.
