We had been to Trivandrum by train and asked for the hotel to arrange pick up, which is payable. The driver was polite and friendly. Service is really good, you are welcomed by a drink and there is a travel desk, which was of great help to us to go around the next morning.
Hotel is just in front of the beach Samudram and few rooms have a really good beach view.
The room we stayed in was quite disappointing, floors were not well mopped and because of the humid content, floors were sticky and the room was quite small and washroom required a little more maintenance.
The hotel has a lot of rooms and seem quite crowded.
They have a private beach which is kinda good for a walk at night, but they close the beach gate by 10:30.
Food is good, which was one of the things I liked about this hotel apart from their truly creative ambiance. There's a boutique inside the hotel and a bar.
There are good number of pools though they are not enough for the number of people that stay in the hotel and seem a bit crowded.
Over all its a good place for a stay.
