I went to this hotel with one of my friend when we were in patna to attend the marriage of one of my relative , the hotel was pre booked for us so we had to go directly to the hotel, but I was really dissatisfied when I checked in this hotel.
The room quality was average and but the bed was small , the washroom not even clean, the bedsheets was dirty which was replaced later.
The guest service was horrible, nobody cared for what we needed, after several calls they were visiting the room for giving service.
Food presentation was also not good we just had tea and we ordered the tea for several times but it was presented cold and was delayed a lot.
The ambience was also not good some stinky smell of the washroom was spoiling the room atmosphere , the wash basin was dirty which was cleaned later on.
This place is not good value for money and is high priced for the facilities they provide.
