Recently I placed an order in Uber Eats. Restaurant didn't deliver all the items whatever I ordered. For that I contact support team, they asked me to raised request through Help Support in the Uber Eats Mobile APP. I did the same.
After that they responded will resolve the issue within 24 Hrs. Similarly, they accepted and told me that they refund the balance amount to my PayTM wallet. But instead of refund the balancing amount and again they detected some amount from my wallet.
When I call the customer support and esquire about this they keep on telling we don't have such facility to view or support this and also esquire the escalation support detail, they told me that, they don't have any such escalation support.
Till now they didn't refund the amount
