Brand is not just enough to run business - A perfect example, you need to research, hire experienced expert of same field.
Their app is more like map then restaurant listing, I believe its designed by the same developer who designed UberCab.
even after listing few major cities with 1000+ restaurants you need people to run your app in mobile app business, their app get stuck many times and when you need something urgently it doesn't accept the pin code. wow
People on chat takes almost 10 minutes to connect with customer who is waiting for the food. I have many incident to mentioned but I know none of them will be entertain.
Just now read somewhere, UberEats is acquired by swiggy, God proves his/her existence.
