This trip was my first experience with Uber. I was in little hurry and couldn't realize this was a cash less trip(as I use OLA regularly where the cash option is more familiar). I ended up paying 321 in cash to the driver.
I went to my home town where even BSNL network is not available, after 4 days of staying there and returning back to Bangalore I realized there was a deduction in my PayTm wallet linked to Uber.
Raised this issue before Uber but still this is not solved. Pathetic service from Uber customer care people in Bangalore
