Today I am going to share my experience on a taxi cab service - Uber Cabs.
Uber cabs are a group which gives access us to cabs when we book them. We just have to book it on our mobile and they arrive at the station and take their money. When I booked the UBER cab, I came up with some of the limitations from my point of view. These are my personal experiences with Uber Cabs.
So, here are they : -
ILL - MANNERED DRIVERS.
Some drives drink & drive and the authority does care about them or suspends then for this activity. They can be so unreasonable, especially when you book cabs on weekends, you may encounter a few of them.
WEAR & TEAR.
Drivers held the passengers responsible for the car expenses. This can add upto the extra expenses on maintainence/repair on the vehicle.
NO INTERACTION WITH PASSENGERS.
Uber drivers have no interactions with the fellow passengers as the authority had told them to do like this. This makes drive too boring.
LOW RATING.
UBER cabs have got very less good ratings in India. They should need to increase their performance.
I prefer Ola cabs before Uber cabs.
