I use ola and uber on monthly basis as me and my family needs to go anywhere.
ubers cab service is very nice and good but recently I have booked a cab from Kalyan Railway Station to Bhiwandi means my Home . As cab was nearly 5 km away and traffic was too high , so driver called me and said that it would take upto 45 mins to reach . I said okay no problem .
After 5 minutes he called me again and said he cant reach me so cancel the cab .
And I regused because I know that I have to pay for that . So driver cancelled the booking .
And on my next trip I paid 75₹ extra for last cancelled cab .
I called customer care , And they refunded my money .
