Last Sunday, I had an unpleasant experience with Uber cabs. The driver was extremely irresponsible and completely unprofessional. At the time of booking it was shown the cab would pick in 5 minutes but the driver reached almost after half an hour. Anyhow I board the cab so that I could at least reach my destination. And when I asked there was no reason given on the delay. Later after getting dropped at my destination I was overcharged(than the normal fare and which was showing while booking). I had to report about it later and get that refunded.
