I own a tvs ntorq since 1 year and I have ridden approx 10000km on it. The scoory has great pickup and best in segment braking system. The looks and design of scooty is eyecatching and the digital speedometer looks super fancy and has many informations in it. You can ride the scooty in city but definitely not recommended for longer journeys. After completing 5000 km, some vibration sound from the body started coming. The down point of scoory is that it does not give satisfactory milage. The milage you will get in city is around 28 to 32 kmpl, which is pretty less for a scooty. Overall my experience with the Scooty is great. But if you are looking for milage then this scooty is not for you.
