Very bad service at Pune. Do not opt for it.
Initial quotation will be less than others and later they will hefty amount on insurance. They even made it mandatory to take insurance. It’s my product and I shall decide if I need insurance or not.
I transferred products worth 50K(MRP) and now they are 8 years old and they decided insurance to be taken for 1.5 lakh forcefully. I ended up paying 4.5k extra for nothing.
I took there service where it’s clearly mentioned unpacking is included. And after delivery they said they are from Bluedart and they only deliver and unpacking and reinstall is not there’s work.
The Pune team is utterly in responsive.
I booked delivery on 25th feb a from Pune to west Bengal, products got delivered on 18th march. It was in Pune for almost 12 days.
They don’t have their own team and they hire 3rd party for all the work and they are not at all professional.
Do not opt for it.
