Around a month ago, I ordered medicines again on Truemeds wanting to take advantage of their up to 72 pct discount on generic meds. While trying to punch out Bifilac capsule, it got broken in two halves spilling the content. Not wanting to waste, I consumed the medicinal powder to find that it was nothing else BUT ground sugar. Spoke and wrote to Truemeds asking them to investigate. When they dithered and tried to divert responsibility on to the manufacturer, I asked them to establish by providing trailing documentary proof that the supplied meds were indeed sourced from the real claimed manufacturers. I even returned one strip each of the six meds to facilitate them. However, Truemeds is quiet now lending credence to my belief that this company is selling counterfeit products and doing so brazenly possibly protected by politicians and/or goons. I will now lodge a police complaint and hope some action would be taken. Brazen killing of innocent people .utterly shameful. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM TRUEMEDS.
