I would like to share my personal experience of using this application. actually I went shimla last month and tried to choose hotel via this application. I found so many results on this website. but when I compared the prices on this website were higher than physical enquiry. and I think this application takes huge commission from the hotel owners.
1.service and support=>
the service is not good because the application results and physical enquiry results are very different. you will definitely get 300 to 800 rupees different in both queries.
2.user experience=>
I heard a lot about this application but when I saw the results I was very disappointed. this website is specially designed for travelers but trivago is taking a lot of commission and its impact comes on the pocket of costumers.
3.content=>
the content is also not updated regular. you will get same results even in long time use. for example if you compare the hotel prices today and after that you compare after one month or two month the results and hotel prices will be same. on the other hand physical enquiry prices will be much different and lesser as compared to trivago.
