Third class service, before you book the package, they will take the follow up each and every day, once you book the package, they start showing their true colours, then we have to take the follow up for each and every thing, even the service is pathetic during the trip, they have hired arrogant driver in Singapore, till date I am following up for my TCS certificate from the past 1 year, now they are not even bothered to respond, the reception casually replied that they will get back and never get back to us.
