I booked 1st time from Travel look, on 5th July 2022 Vistara flight was booked from Delhi to Kolkata, and payment was made successfully. After some time I received a call from Travel look customer care that my reservation was "cancelled due to an operational reason" and a refund request is generated by customer care and said it will be done within 5-7 days but even after 21 days, refund not received
I am waiting for the refund amount for the last 21 days.
But the customer service department gave the same reply saying that the payment amount will come within 1-2 days. Your Customer care Staff and she not given a proper replay of my query.
If I raise some query for a refund. They disconnect the phone without completing the conversation.
If I want to talk to some of their senior employees, they don't talk and hang up.
Last 12- 15 days she has given the same answer. The payment process is done from our end but for some operational reason payment is not reflected in your account
