All the time we need to call them for refund , once your money got stuck with them , travolook don't bother to refund you , all the time you do follow ups , they keep saying it will come in 5-6 days , when we call them to send mail they told it will , take 24 hours , it's rediculous , fraud company ...also they don't reply on mail ..so don't prefer this website to book tickets
