I had booked a flight ticket for traveling from Darbhanga to Bangalore on 30th June 2022. But later I got an email from travolook that your ticket has been cancelled due to operational reason and your amount will be refunded to your account in 7 to 10 working days. But now more than 1 month has been completed but still didn't get the amount. Every time whenever I call they are telling that it is in process. Please help me. My reference no.is REF897757202
