These guys don't process your refund..they earn interest on customer's money. It took me around 8+ months to get my refund. And everytime you call their customer care you will face long queue even after a long wait they will tell you will receive it in next 7 days but the wait never ends. Lately when i got frustrated I took legal help and sent them notice that is when i got my refund back. Would never recommend this website to anyone.I think all the positive reviews are posted by company employees only or must be fake reviews.
