This is Riya chhetri,
I booked a flight from travolook website flight got cancelled and airline refunded the amount on 3rd June and i received the mail for same that i will receive my refund with 7 business days
After 7 business days i contacted to airline again they told me to connect to the travolook customer care for the refund amount.
I called them on June second week again on 28th June again on 4th July again on 10th again on 17th again on 22 and now daily.
Now travolook have a same response from past 2months that my amount will get credited with 5 days.. by the same reply 2months completed.
Now whenever I am calling them after taking my PNR They are disconnecting my calls
I booked my ticket on 31st may
Please do needful it'sy hard earn money
