I tried booking a ticket through Travelook ....the reference number is REF073484898. The airline cancelled the transaction and PNR was not generated . The money was debited from my account and I got a mail from their end saying it will be refunded in 10-15 working days to the account from which payment was done. After 15 days, I called up the customer service and the person who attended my call said that the money has been added to my travelook wallet, which was not what was mentioned as per the mail. The person said she has taken up the request to transfer money from the wallet to my bank account and it will be done in 5 days. Last thursday I made a call again asking for the status. The person said that there was some technical issue and it would be done by friday or max by saturday. I havent received the money even as I am writing this. I am unable to connect to the support team. I have sent few mails on the id given.Still no response.
