I booked my ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Aug 27 th with Travolook and the PNR No was not generated, I got a message saying that the PNR no was not generated due to oprational reasons and Ever since the nodal manager has been replying to my mail saying that the money has initiated it will take refund has been initiated.itwill take 5-7 working days to reflect into my account. But so far Aug 27 th to Oct 5 no sign of refund. the customer service executives parrot the same thing saying, please wait until Friday, your refund will be reflected.Ref ID 219134890 ₹; 9319. It is frustrating to keep following up but not receiving the amount in a digital era, where other merchants are refunding within 48-72 hrs.
Please help me reach the right person to resolve my problem.
