On 19th July 2022 I have booked flight ticket from Kolkata to Agartala via travolook.in reference id- REF860118631 and after deducted 2872 rupees from my account their customer care called me and told me that my booking is cancel due to some operational reason when I asked them when my money will be refund they told me it will be refund with in 5-7 days excluding Saturday, Sunday and holiday and they also mail me about that but after 7 days gone my money till not credited and when I call them they told it is process will refund within one or two working day. and after that I mark mail to them and same update replying that their team working on it and they need some days more. but after 11 working days gone my money till now not credited . and when I call them they are not picking my calls. several time I trying to reach them but no one pick my calls. I am student and this money ismy hard earning money by taking tuition.this booking for my competitive exam which will held on 14th august at agartala . they till now looping me every day.
