Hi Team, I would like to share with you that TRAVOLOOK is a FRAUD travel portal & not to be trusted.
They are booking online flight tickets & after payment, cancelling the tickets & not refunding any money to the customer. I had booked a flight ticket for my father on 21st-Jun-2022, from Hyderabad to Bhubaneshwar(Odisha) & paid Rs.5787.00 from my credit card. Immediately after payment, I got the mail stating that the amount will be refunded within 2 working days, It is almost more than 42 days, they are not refunding.
Despite giving almost 20 calls & emails there is no response and no refund.
While going thru the credibility of the company in different social media, it is clearly evident that TRAVOLOOK IS A FRAUD COMPANY & siphoning money from gullible customers. Kindly find the address of the company.
