Satisfactory As of Now. Review on Travelyaari

It's a sad state of affair to see so many negative reviews; though I am not completely satisfied with Travelyaari's services, I would however like to put a good word about them. I had to leave for Varanasi on the weekend prior to a festive week, which is when I came across Travelyaari in the earnest hope of finding a ticket after desperately trying every possible way without success. All other websites failed to show me any availability; Travelyaari had one seat left, to my extreme delight. But, as soon as I made the payment, I was mailed with the info that my payment was successful but the booking failed! I mean, what the f*k?! To my relief, I got a prompt call for assistance and the sales representative whose name I don't seem to remember made me another booking for the payment I already paid. He overcharged me a little, but that's okay, what mattered to me was to get a reserved seat and I got it without much ado. Not the smiling-ear-to-ear type service but I have nothing to complain, either.
