We had booked our anniversary trip using Travel Triangle, which was provided through Tourepedia for Sikkim and Darjeeling in February 2020. The overall experience was not so pleasant.
There was a gap in overall planning and co-ordination by the Tourepedia. We could not start our day's travel at the expected time due to mismanagement and mis communication between the travel co-ordinator and Tourepedia ( Pratap ). Thanks to the driver, who had his contacts, due to which we could get the permit on time, otherwise we could have lost an entire day and the whole trip would have been a nightmare. We missed an important sight seeing point, Temi Tea Gardens due to driver's negligence and arrogance. Tourepedia could not help us in this case, but only gave us false promises.
There is no assurance of hotel confirmations, when you book your tour via Tourepedia, as we had faced a similar issue. We ended up wasting 3 hours and finally searched a hotel room ourselves in Darjeeling. Tourepedia could not do much to help us other than providing false hopes.
We were assured that parking fees were included in our package, but we ended up paying parking fees at all sight seeing spots by ourselves.
Whenever we tried contacting Travel Triangle, they (Lalit and Hariom) were least bothered to even attend and respond back to our calls. These guys followup aggressively with you till the time you finalize and pay for the tour. But once the booking is done, they disappear like Mr. India.
Make sure you think twice before planning a tour with them in future.
