Dear Travel Triangle Team,
I like to inform you that my trip to Maldives was booked dated April 17th to 21st 2020. Because of Global crisis by corona effect, i requested for cancelling or rescheduling my stay at without charging extra amount. But travel triangle is asking extra 15k amount for rescheduling it to oct 27th - 31st 20202. Though there is a gap of 7 months & even as it's off season, prices of stays will b very less compared to other days.
I even contacted Resort & confirmed that they are not charging any amount for cancellation/rescheduling of booking stays till April 30/2020.
So it's not fair to charge me the amount from your end either for cancellation or rescheduling. We are already facing lots of trouble & loss of money because of crona effect. You need to standby us & give full support at this time instead of encashing the moment & charging extra amount.
Kindly keep up the trust by Cancelling my booked stay & refunding my full amount.
Hereby i request you to help me in this which in return helps you to gain more customers by your good will.
